Ports Canada is the premier national conference for Canada’s marine and port sector and the Association of Canadian Port Authorities flagship annual gathering, proudly hosted in partnership with the Windsor Port Authority. As the anchor event for the industry, it convenes more than 300 port executives, senior operators, policymakers, and marine transportation leaders from across the country for focused, high-value dialogue on the issues shaping Canada’s trade gateways and supply chains.

Ports Canada 2026 will take place September 15–17 at the Caesars Windsor Resort and Convention Centre, a AAA Four Diamond waterfront destination overlooking the Detroit River at the Canada–U.S. border—an ideal setting to examine the dynamics of binational trade and infrastructure.

2026 Ports Canada Companion Program 

This year, we are proud to introduce the Ports Canada 2026 Companion Program. This program will provide companions travelling with Ports Canada delegates with full access to all meals, breaks, and social activities taking place during the Ports Canada Conference. Companion passes are available for any companions over the age of 19 at the time of the conference. 

Companion Program registrations will be available for purchase as an add-on to any of the delegate tickets above at the cost of $250+tax and will include all conference meals, as well as access to 2 evening receptions, 1 celebration night party and 1 Exhibit Hall Happy Hour & Port Tour by Water (pre-registration required).
