Purchasing tickets and registrations

- Tickets for the IETA Nightcap Party are available at the rate of USD 62 (no V.A.T.) and grant access to the venue

- Nightcap Party registered participants need to collect their physical invitation card at the IETA Booth on the I4C grounds before May 21, 17h00. A dedicated information note with the venue information will be shared in due time.

- Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation including a QR code.

Payment

- Tickets will be confirmed only upon receipt of online payment by credit card, in USD.

- IETA reserves the right to reject participants.

- IETA reserves the right to change the event details if necessary, although we will endeavour to keep all changes to a minimum. We will inform you as soon as possible of important changes, such as date changes.

Exchanges, cancellations and refunds

- Refunds will be authorised on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Awa Kaba-Antille for any query: antille@ieta.org

- In case of any dispute, the Tribunal de première instance of the State of Geneva is the competent authority under Swiss Law (Contact information).

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, riots, wars, fire, pandemics, or any other extraneous variable beyond IETA’s and or the Delegate‘s control.

The organizer and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration. This data may also be processed by the organizer upon its legitimate interest: to promote its activities by informing you about them, to show you offers from partners and sponsors regarding this event, to obtain analytics about this event, to ensure a satisfactory networking by showing your name and company on the list of attendees. You are entitled to object to these processing operations.

idloom shall only process User’s personal data in the European Union, or in third countries after having secured appropriate guaranties with the subcontractor or recipient. They are transferred to the country of the organizer. The organizer will keep your data after the event until the expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.

You can obtain from the organizer the written communication of your data, as well as, where appropriate, portability of the data, rectification, restriction of processing, deletion of data which is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. For further information or to lodge a complaint you may also contact the supervisory authority of the country of your habitual residence.
