1. Event Overview

Nebraska Facilities Week (NFW) is organized and hosted by Care Navigation Solutions. The event is designed to provide educational sessions, networking opportunities, and industry collaboration for facilities professionals across healthcare, education, hospitality, multi-family, commercial, and public service environments.

Care Navigation Solutions reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, venue arrangements, and program content as necessary to ensure the quality, safety, and success of the event.

2. Registration and Payment

Full payment is required to confirm registration, sponsorship, exhibitor participation, or ticketed session attendance unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Registrations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received or an approved invoice arrangement is in place.

3. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Registrations may be canceled for a full refund minus all processing fees if written notice is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the event.

Cancellation requests received fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund.

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at any time at no additional cost. Notification of the transfer must be provided prior to the start of the event.

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund.

4. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Changes

Care Navigation Solutions reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or relocate Nebraska Facilities Week due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public safety concerns, facility issues, governmental orders, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, registered participants may be offered:

Transfer of registration to a rescheduled event
Credit toward a future event
A refund at the discretion of Care Navigation Solutions

Care Navigation Solutions shall not be responsible for travel costs, lodging expenses, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.

5. Substitutions and Transfers

Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at any time prior to the start of the event. Care Navigation Solutions reserves the right to adjust event materials, badges, and participation records based on the timing of the transfer.

6. Event Conduct and Removal from Event

Nebraska Facilities Week is committed to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and staff.

Any participant who engages in disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, threatening, harassing, intoxicated, unruly, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the event premises immediately.

Removal from the event will be at the sole discretion of Care Navigation Solutions and/or event management.

Participants removed from the event for conduct-related reasons will not be eligible for a refund of registration fees or any associated costs.

Care Navigation Solutions reserves the right to take any additional actions deemed necessary to maintain the safety, security, and professionalism of the event.

7. Photography and Media Release

By attending Nebraska Facilities Week, participants grant Care Navigation Solutions permission to photograph, record, and use images or video captured during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, unless written notice is provided in advance requesting exclusion.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in Nebraska Facilities Week is voluntary. Care Navigation Solutions shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, loss, or other claims arising from participation in the event, except where required by applicable law.

Participants are responsible for their own safety, property, and compliance with applicable workplace and regulatory requirements.

9. Educational Content Disclaimer

Sessions, demonstrations, and materials provided during Nebraska Facilities Week are intended for informational purposes only. Participation in training or sessions does not constitute certification, licensing, regulatory approval, or professional engineering, safety, or medical authorization unless explicitly stated.

Organizations remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in Nebraska Facilities Week, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

OHSA 10 + Breakfast and Lunch + Limited Access (See Description) $385.00

This registration covers a two-day OSHA 10 training (5 hours each day). It is the only ticket needed for the OSHA 10 and it includes access to the following:

Keynote General Session on Day 1
Q&A Session on Day 1
Day 2 Expo
Closing Ceremonies on Day 2
Breakfast and Lunch both days

This registration does not include access to any other conference sessions, not outlined above, as participants must complete the full 10-hour classroom requirement before being eligible to receive OSHA 10 completion credit. This is the only registration ticket needed if doing the OSHA 10.

If you do not attend the full 5 hours on both days, you will not receive OSHA 10 completion credit and no OSHA 10 card will be issued. It is the participant’s responsibility to remain in class for the full duration of the scheduled training.
