Event Sponsorship

To become an event sponsor, you must complete the event registration form even if you do not plan to attend. You may select that you are attending none of the events during the registration process. You are more than welcome to attend, but if not, simply indicate that accordingly on the form.

Gold Sponsor – $4,000
Gold Sponsors receive gold-level recognition across all marketing and communications channels, including business logo placement in print, digital, web, media, and meeting signage. Recognition also includes media outreach, social media, and public relations opportunities, with the option to provide promotional materials or gifts to attendees. Engagement and networking benefits include three NEORide 2025 Annual Meeting registrations, three guests for the Tuesday evening Welcoming Reception, three guests for the Wednesday NEORide/OTRP After Hours Reception, and a speaking opportunity.

Silver Sponsor – $2,000

Individual Sponsorships and Add-Ons

Lanyard Sponsor – $1,500
One company will have the exclusive opportunity to place their logo on the lanyards worn by every attendee. This sponsorship may be purchased on its own or in conjunction with another sponsorship category. It does not include additional benefits such as attendance tickets.

Gift Bag Sponsor – $2,000
This sponsorship provides premium tote bags for attendees, filled with essentials such as water, snacks, and other conference necessities. Sponsors may include their own information or giveaways in the bags. This sponsorship may be purchased alone or alongside another sponsorship category and does not include attendance tickets.

Welcoming Reception Sponsor – $3,000
On Tuesday evening, NEORide will host an opening reception for all NEORide members. The sponsor will serve as the official sponsor of the event and will have the opportunity to speak to all members. Ample signage will be displayed throughout the reception. This opportunity is limited to one company.

Lunch Sponsor – $3,000
On Wednesday, NEORide will host a lunch reception for all NEORide members. The official lunch sponsor will have the opportunity to speak to all members, with ample signage displayed throughout the event. This opportunity is limited to one company.

NEORide/OTRP After-Hours Dinner – $5,000
On Wednesday evening, the Ohio Transit Risk Pool (OTRP) and NEORide will host an after-hours dinner and reception for members of both organizations. The official sponsor will have the opportunity to speak to all attendees, with ample signage displayed throughout the event. This opportunity is limited to one company.
