Blazing Trails in the Face of Change
Join leaders from agencies serving individuals who are blind, have low vision, or are deafblind for the National Council of State Agencies for the Blind (NCSAB) Fall 2026 Conference.
As vocational rehabilitation continues to evolve, agencies are navigating new opportunities, emerging challenges, and an ever-changing service landscape. This year's theme, "Blazing Trails in the Face of Change," reflects our commitment to leading with innovation, collaboration, strategic vision, and responsible stewardship. Together, we will explore practical strategies and forward-thinking solutions that strengthen our organizations and improve outcomes for the people we serve.
The conference features two specialized learning tracks designed to meet the needs of agency leaders and professionals:
Fiscal Management Track
Explore strategies for strengthening financial operations and ensuring long-term organizational sustainability. Sessions will focus on fiscal accountability, risk management, cost allocation, forecasting, budgeting, and other best practices that support sound financial stewardship.
Program Management Track
Discover leadership strategies and innovative practices that enhance program effectiveness and service delivery. Topics include interagency collaboration, performance measurement, implementation of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS), organizational effectiveness, and leading successful change initiatives.
Whether your focus is fiscal leadership, program administration, or both, the NCSAB Fall 2026 Conference provides valuable opportunities to learn from peers, share promising practices, and build the partnerships needed to navigate change with confidence.
We look forward to welcoming you to Frisco this November as we blaze new trails together.
