What are the registration fees?
Investing in NASMM 2026 means investing in the future of your business.
Member Rates
Early Bird Rates (May 1–June 30): $1199 | $1149 additional attendees
Regular (July 1 and after): $1399 | $1349 additional attendees
Pre-Conference Intensives: $199 each or $299 for both.
Non-Member Rates
$1599 per person

What does my registration include?
Everything you need to lean into The Business of Better.
Your registration includes:
- All education sessions and Learning Labs
- Full breakfasts Friday through Sunday
- Lunch on Friday
- Two nights of receptions (Thursday & Friday evening)
- Conference materials and mobile app access
- Session handouts and attendee roster
- Continuing Education Credits
You will not be running on coffee and granola bars. You will be fueled, connected, and fully engaged from start to finish.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. NASMM offers a guest rate of $549 for spouses or significant others.
Guest access includes:
- NASMM Marketplace and Idea Exchange
- Scheduled meals and social events
Guests do not attend Learning Labs.

Will I receive confirmation after registering?
Yes. You will receive an immediate confirmation email from info@nasmm.org.
Additional details and conference updates will be sent by mid-September as we prepare you for a strong, confident arrival in Indianapolis.
What is the cancellation policy?
We know plans change. We also know this experience is worth protecting.
- No refunds after August 31, 2026
- Before June 15: refund less 25% of your total registration fee
- June 16 – July 31: refund less 35% your total registration fee
- August 1 – August 31: refund less 40% your total registration fee
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Registrations are transferable at any time. If you cannot attend, someone from your team can step in and still benefit from the experience. Please provide this change in writing to info@nasmm.org
FIRST-TIME ATTENDEES
I am new to NASMM. What can I expect?
Before the conference, you will be invited to a virtual orientation where we walk you through what to expect and connect you with other first-time attendees.
When you arrive on Thursday, October 1, you will be welcomed at our First-Time Attendee Reception. It is your first step into a community that understands your work and is ready to support your growth.
MEALS & EXPERIENCE
What kind of meals are provided?
We take care of you so you can focus on what matters.
- Full breakfast buffets on Friday and Sunday
- Expanded continental breakfast on Saturday
- Friday lunch designed for connection and conversation
- Evening receptions with hors d’oeuvres and cash bar on Thursday & Friday
Soda and water are always complimentary.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
NASMM provides both vegetarian and gluten free options at all meal functions. Please indicate dietary restrictions on your registration form.
PROGRAMMING
What should I wear?
Business casual, layered and comfortable.
You will be moving between sessions, networking, and the exhibit hall. Comfort and flexibility will serve you well.
How do I access session materials?
You will access all conference materials through the NASMM conference mobile app. Access to the mobile app will be provided in mid-September.
You will have access to session handouts before you arrive. Print what you need or keep everything at your fingertips on your phone or tablet.
PRESS
Do you offer press registration?
Yes. NASMM welcomes credentialed members of the media to attend on a complimentary basis.
