Course Goals: To familiarize conveyancing support staff with drafting of various Lender Form B Mortgages and generate supporting mortgage documents and final reporting requirements. To provide staff with the knowledge, materials and resources to read, obtain/request information to satisfy lender conditions, be ready for funding and registering of mortgages with Land Registry.

Prerequisites : 

• Familiar with opening purchase files/refinances
• Fluent in use of conveyancing software and MyLTSA

Homework: 

• precourse reading required of 3 mortgages
• Day 1 reading required of 3 mortgages 

Requirements: Working technology including adobe, printer/scanner, camera and mic as participants do need to be visible on a screen at all time.
