Where is Momentum 2024?
Momentum 2024 will take place at The Westin Harbour Castle at 1 Harbour Square in Toronto.

Is there a rate available at the conference hotel?
Yes. We have secured an exclusive rate at The Westin Harbour Castle. Be sure to book by  September 28, 2024, to secure our group rate. Book accommodation.

What should I do if I have questions about the registration process, including if I can’t find my registration email?

I can no longer attend Momentum 2024. Can I get a refund for my ticket?
To receive a refund, please send your cancellation request in writing to events@central1.com by September 25, 2024. A $100 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 25, 2024.
 

I can no longer attend Momentum 2024. Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
Substitutions within the same registration category are permitted without penalty until September 25, 2024. Beginning September 25, 2024, a $100 administrative fee will apply for substitutions. Please send substitution requests, including the substitute's name, job title and email address to events@central1.com.

Will Central 1 be taking photos of attendees and recording portions of the conference agenda during the event?
Yes. Central 1 will take photos of attendees throughout the event and video select portions of the conference agenda. The photos and video footage are for Central 1 use only and may appear on our website, event materials and our social channels. This also includes photos uploaded using the event mobile app. Under your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.

Will my contact information be shared?
Central 1 will collect your name, title, and business email address ("Business Contact Information") during registration for Momentum 2024. The Business Contact Information collected will be shared with select Sponsors of the event only. These Sponsors are organizations active in the Credit Union community who have kindly contributed to the success of Momentum 2024.

The Sponsors may use the Business Contact Information to contact attendees with relevant marketing announcements, special offers, networking events and other promotional content relevant to the Credit Union industry. The Sponsors will be agreement to not to use or disclose the Business Contact Information for any other reason.

Whether you have questions or concerns, please share them with us. All Momentum 2024 attendees will receive a post-event survey to share input and we always welcome feedback to events@central1.com.
