By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all conference registration, attendance, cancellation, substitution, and refund policies.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

This conference is a professional event for registered attendees only. Children and unregistered individuals are not permitted at conference sessions, meals, exhibits, or other conference activities. All attendees must be officially registered and wear their conference badge while attending conference events.

CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

• Cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted no later than February 19, 2027.
• Registered attendees may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost, provided the substitution is completed by February 19, 2027.
• Attendees who cancel after February 19, 2027, will remain responsible for payment of the full registration fee.
• Individuals who register but do not attend the conference and do not cancel by the deadline (no-shows) will also be responsible for payment of the full registration fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
• After the deadline, no refunds are issued under any circumstances. 
• All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing to Lacie Flake, MECA Treasurer, at lflake@ms-meca.org.

Parking at the Jackson Convention Complex is $10.00 per vehicle, per day.

• If you leave and return on the same day, you will not be charged again. The system recognizes your vehicle's license plate and allows re-entry at no additional cost that day.
• Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment.
• There will be no parking attendant on site, as the parking system is fully digital.
• MECA is not responsible for, nor has any control over the parking fees at the JCC.
