1. Registration Change & Refund Policy

Name Changes

Attendee name changes are permitted up to Oct 31, 2026.
Requests must be submitted to the event support team before the deadline.
No name changes will be accepted after this cutoff.

Refunds

Cancelations for the User Conference are non-refundable but may be transferred up until October 31, 2026.

2. Media Release Form

Intelex Technologies, ULC and its affiliates (“Intelex”) occasionally record, photograph, and capture video content at events and activities. By signing or electronically accepting this release, you grant Intelex permission to use images, audio, and video recordings that include your likeness, voice, or participation, subject to the terms below.

Scope of Use

Intelex may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings of you during Intelex‑sponsored events, including conferences, roadshows, webinars, workshops, and related activities.
Intelex may use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display these materials (“Media”) in any format—including print, digital, and video—for purposes such as marketing, promotion, social media, press, training, and internal communications.
Intelex may edit, adapt, or create derivative works from the Media, provided such edits do not misrepresent you.

Ownership & Rights

Intelex will own the Media and all associated copyrights.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness appears.
You waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the Media.

Limitations

Media will not be used in a misleading, defamatory, or harmful manner.
You may revoke this release in writing at any time. Upon revocation, Intelex will cease new use of the Media, although prior published materials cannot be retracted.

Acknowledgment

By consenting, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Media Release and agree to the use of the Media as described above.

The organizer (Intelex Technologies) and its processor idloom process your data in compliance with European GDPR. The information you have provided is necessary to organize the event you will be attending, to generate invoices, to confirm your registration by e-mail, to create your badge and to allow you to modify your registration.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Intelex does not sell or rent your Personal Information to marketers or third parties.

We may share your Personal Information with trusted third parties who are integral to the operation of our Website and Services including Intelex partners, payment processors, verification services, as well as any third parties that you have directly authorized to receive your Personal Information.

We may store your Personal Information in locations outside the direct control of Intelex, for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers.

We may disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties if we are compelled to do so by subpoena, court order or other legal process. We must do so to comply with laws, statutes, rules or regulations, or if we believe in good faith that the disclosure is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our terms and conditions.

We share information we have about you with Fortive, our parent company and other Fortive corporate affiliates in order to operate and improve products and services and to offer other Fortive-affiliated services to you. This includes companies listed here.

We may share or transfer information we collect under this privacy policy in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. You will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on the Services if a transaction takes place, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Data Sharing with Event Partners

Exhibitors may scan badges to collect attendee information. Scanning your badge is voluntary. Declining a scan prevents your information from being shared. Exhibitors may use your information only for permitted event‑related communications and may not resell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without additional consent.

Event Terms & Conditions

Ignite: EMEA (the “Event”) is organized by Intelex, which reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to register for, or participate in, the Event (infants in baby carriers or slings are exempt). 
By registering for the event, you agree to the terms of the Intelex privacy policy (available at http://intelex.com/privacypolicy). 
By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations governing the Event that have been provided to you by Intelex or otherwise made known to you. 
All prices are in Euros (EUR). Costs associated with travel and accommodation are not included. 
Payment Deadlines: Upon purchase.
Payment of the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the applicable date set out in section 5 of these Terms and Conditions. If Intelex has not received payment in full prior to your arrival at the Event, the balance of any outstanding fees owed must be paid onsite before entry to the Event will be permitted. 
Available methods of payment include: (a) payment by credit card upon submission of your registration form

Intelex reserves the right to change the date, time, location and agenda of the Event at any time. 
Certain presentations given, and materials distributed, at the Event will be provided by third parties (collectively the “Materials”). Intelex takes no responsibility for, and is not liable for, the content of the Materials. Unauthorized distribution of Materials (including but not limited to selling, copying or posting on the internet or intranet) is expressly forbidden without prior consent from the applicable copyright owner. The opinions expressed by presenters and speakers at the Event do not necessarily reflect the views of Intelex or its employees. 
You acknowledge and agree that Intelex and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, partners and sponsors may take photographs and/or videotape Event attendees and activities. You also acknowledge and agree that Intelex will have the right to use your name, likeness, photograph, image, voice and/or biographical information in promotional materials and on public websites, without restriction. 
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Intelex disclaims any liability that may be suffered by you at the Event and/or related events; and (b) by registering for the Event you hereby release and forever discharge Intelex and its agents, directors, officers, employees and contractors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, costs, losses or expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may arise out of, result from, or relate in any way to your attendance at, and/or participation in, the Event and/or related events. 
You acknowledge and agree that you will be responsible for all damages, costs, losses, or expenses payable to the Event venue or any other party connected to the Event arising as a result of or relating to: (i) your breach of any rules and regulations governing the Event that have been provided to you by Intelex or otherwise made known to you; (ii) any damage done by you to the Event venue or any equipment or private property contained therein; and (iii) any injury suffered by any person over the course of the Event as a result of any act or omission on your part. 
Your registration for, and participation in, the Event constitutes your acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
