I understand that the $1,000 registration fee is due and must be received by February 13, 2026.  Registration is confirmed upon timely receipt of payment.

Registrants who are unable to attend an event for any reason may substitute, by arrangement with ARC-PA, someone else from the same institution with no additional expense, if the substitution is at least 3 days before the event.

2. If a registrant is unable to attend an event and a substitution is not an option, the following refund arrangements will apply:
a. Registrations canceled 30 days or more before the event will be refunded 100%.
b. Registrations canceled 15 to 29 days before the event will be refunded 75%.
c. Registrations canceled less than 15 days before the event will be refunded 50%.

3. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the event.
