(Each attendee must register using a unique email address, whether registering individually or as part of a group. Late registrations will be accepted only if space is available, and an additional $100.00 fee will apply.)

(Rooms are subject to applicable state & local taxes - currently 16.32% - and any fees in effect at the time of check-in. An ‘early departure’ fee of one night’s room + tax applies to all reservations.)

Before the conference, registered attendees will receive instructions for downloading and accessing the content of our FLEXTECH 2026 mobile App. By adding your photo, bio, email, or any other personal information, either with your registration or on the App, please know that your information will only be available to FLEX personnel and other conference attendees. We will NOT share your information with any other person or organization. Our privacy policy will be included within the App.
By completing your registration, you agree to the terms and any health & safety requirements of local officials in effect during the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing by August 19, 2026 and are subject to a $100.00 processing fee per attendee. Refunds will be processed after the conference. No refunds will be granted if cancellation occurs after August 19th, or for no-shows.
