COWGIRL Leadership Summit 2026

The COWGIRL Leadership Summit and Wrangler COWGIRL 30 Under 30 Empowered Gala will return to Arlington, Texas, May 20–23, 2026, and the luxurious Live! by Loews Hotel for its 7th Annual Ceremony and Conference. This signature event has become a cornerstone celebration of young women making an impact across the Western industry. The COWGIRL Leadership Summit features a dynamic three-day conference with breakout sessions led by the industry’s top female executives and entrepreneurs. Designed to inspire and equip women with tools for success, the Session Series will run Wednesday through Friday and is open to women of all ages and occupations. As is tradition, the Summit coincides with Teton Ridge’s American Rodeo, held next door at Globe Life Field, offering attendees an unforgettable weekend of networking, celebration, and Western sport.
