WELCOME TO CANOLA WEEK

Canola Week 2025 will take place from December 2-4, 2025. The conference will be presented in a hybrid format, allowing attendees to tune in virtually or attend in person at TCU Place in Saskatoon.

This three-day event will provide updates on the state of the canola industry in Canada, the latest research, agronomic and industry issues and cutting-edge innovation. Plan to join an audience of canola growers, researchers and industry stakeholders at Canola Week 2025. 

Registration options included:

  • Three-day in-person ticket ($475)
  • Single-day in-person ticket ($250)
  • Three-day virtual ticket ($200)

In-person conference registration includes daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks. Full conference registrations also include access to all sessions and an exclusive invitation to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, December 2, while single-day registrations provide meals and sessions only for the chosen day.

Registration for all in-person ticket options closes Friday, November 21. Please note that as of November 18, we may no longer be able to guarantee dietary accommodations. Virtual registration will remain open for those planning to attend remotely.

Canola Week 2025 attendees (virtual or in-person) can earn Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) credits. Details to come.

Hotel Information

A room block has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Saskatoon Downtown for conference participants. While no room block is available at the Hilton Garden Inn, participants who wish to book there will find it conveniently located across the street from TCU Place.

About Canola Week

Canola Week is a merger of Keith Downey's Canola Industry Meeting (est. 1970), Wilk Keller's Canola Innovation Day (est. 2003), and the Canola Council of Canada's Canola Discovery Forum (est. 2013). 


The Canola Week 2025 Organizing Committee is responsible for the overall development and management of the conference, including the recruitment of speakers and sponsors, and promotion. It is made up of industry and community partners who work together to develop meaningful conference sessions. This event is administered by the Canola Council of Canada and carried out by the Organizing Committee members along with the efforts of SPARK creations and bookings, an event management firm.
