Weather - October average in Jacksonville is 82° / 64°

What to Wear - Attire is business casual for the conference during the day. We do recommend you dress in layers as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. Some events take place outside in the evening, so be sure to bring appropriate clothing options such as a shawl or light sweater. Our Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner are outdoors (weather permitting). Both are business casual as well. If you plan to participate in resort activities (pickleball, bocce, etc.), plan to bring active wear or beach/pool wear to your comfort.

Getting There - The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is just 30 minutes from downtown Jacksonville and 30 miles from Jacksonville International Airport. The best transportation option from the airport is a cab or rideshare. Driving directions are available here.

Parking - Complimentary on-site parking is available for Leadership Forum attendees. Please drive to the Inn entrance (11 on Resort Map) and you will be directed by doormen to parking locations.

Inn Check-In & Forum Registration - Check-in time at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is after 4:00 pm. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. Luggage storage and changing areas are available if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Leadership Forum registration is located at the Ponte Vedra Inn Conference Center (18 on Resort Map) starting on Tuesday, October 17 at 9:00 am. Boxed lunch will be available in the Conference Center for participants.
