Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to February 6, 2026 will be refunded the full registration fee less a $40 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after February 6, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be processed after the Forum. Please note: There is no cost to attend the Forum virtually.

Infinity Conference Group (INFINITY), on behalf of USDA, will promptly notify all advance registrants in the unlikely event the forum is canceled. In the event of a cancellation, INFINITY and USDA are not liable for any costs incurred by the participant, other than the refund of the registration fee(s) paid.
