Registration and Payment

• How do I modify my registration?

  Attendees can modify their in-person registration by following the instructions in their confirmation email. If you cannot find your registration confirmation email or wish to switch to a virtual-only registration, please contact Khushi Constance at kconstance@infinityconferences.com.

• How do I cancel my registration?
  To cancel your registration, please email Khushi Constance at kconstance@infinityconferences.com for assistance.

• Can I register now and pay later?
  No, your registration is not considered complete until payment has been received. Accepted forms of payment include credit cards and checks.

• Can I get a discount on the registration if I am not attending one of the meals?
  Unfortunately, the cost of registration cannot be changed. All meals are included regardless of whether you plan to attend.

• I’m a USDA employee. Do I have to pay the registration fee?
  USDA employees can attend for free (excluding meals, coffee breaks, and Wi-Fi) but must register using their USDA email. Meals and/or Wi-Fi are available for purchase during registration.

• I’m a Federal Employee but not USDA. Do I have to pay the registration fee?
  Federal employees can attend for free (excluding meals, coffee breaks, and Wi-Fi) but must register using their .gov email. Meals and/or Wi-Fi are available for purchase.

• Is there a discount available for group registrations?
  Unfortunately, there are no multiple-person discounts for registering for the Forum.

 

Student Registration

• How can I attend the Forum as a Future Leader? Can you provide more information on the Future Leaders program?
  For more information on the program and how to apply, please visit the Future Leaders program page.

• Is there a discount for students?
  Unfortunately, there is no discount for registering as a student. Please enter your .edu email when registering under the student category.

 

Attendee Information and Resources

• Can I get a visa invitation so I can attend the Forum?
  USDA is unable to provide invitation letters for the Forum. Invitation and participation confirmation correspondence is extended to Forum speakers and moderators only. As an attendee, your conference registration confirmation email serves as confirmation of your participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture 2025 Agricultural Outlook Forum.

• Will the sessions be recorded and accessible later?
  All content will be available to registrants for up to one year after the conference concludes.

• Can I get a participant certificate for attending the Forum?
  No participant certificates will be provided.

• Where can I find more information about the Forum and past programs?
  More information on this year’s AOF can be found on USDA’s Forum website. 

 

Exhibits and Sponsorship

• Can an organization that is not part of USDA exhibit at the Forum?
  Only USDA agencies are permitted to exhibit at this event.

• Are there any opportunities for advertising?
  No, there is no advertising at the Agricultural Outlook Forum.

• My company is interested in joining the Forum as a sponsoring partner. Are any opportunities available?
  The Forum is free of any commercial interests and is unable to accept sponsorships.

 

Media and Press

• How can I obtain a press pass for the Agricultural Outlook Forum?
  Please register on the 2025 Forum website using your work email under the Media category. You can pick up your badge on-site during the Forum. Members of the media can attend for free (excluding meals, coffee breaks, and Wi-Fi). For any press-related questions, contact Mirvat Sewadeh at mirvat.sewadeh@usda.gov.

 

Accommodations and Travel

• Will you have special hotel rates available at the Crystal Gateway Marriott?
  USDA has obtained a room block at the Crystal Gateway Marriott. To book your hotel under the discounted room block, please follow this link: Hotel Booking. You must register by February 5 to take advantage of the special rate.

 

Field Trip Information

• Can you provide more information on the Field Trip?
  Two field trips are being offered of Form attendees this year, and registration is based on availability. The field trips will take place on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, the day before the Forum.
