Registration and Event Policies:
Only registered attendees will be allowed into the conference. Badges may not be shared or transferred.
Payment Policy:
All badge registrations must be paid in full before the event. If payment has not been received prior to the event, payment will be required onsite to receive entrance into the OBAP 49th Annual Conference.
Cancellation Policy and Schedule:
Cancellations requested by July 31, 2025: Full refund of conference registration fee minus $50 administrative fee. To cancel or modify your registration, please select the down arrow next to the Register button at the top right corner of this page. Cancellations take 5-10 business days for processing. If you have questions, please contact the meeting planner at consulting@ibtrippin.com.
Cancellations requested after August 1, 2025, are non-refundable.
Transfers:
Registration transfers are not allowed under any circumstances. To cancel or modify your registration, please select the down arrow next to the Register button at the top right corner of this page.
Photography:
By registering for the OBAP 49th Annual Conference and its associated events, you agree to allow OBAP to use your photo and/or video footage of you in OBAP related publications, materials, websites, social media, or promotions.
Press Registration (Approval Required):
Complimentary press registration is available, by approval, to any reporter, writer, editor, photographer, or videographer assigned by a recognized news media organization to cover the event. Please contact Candace Williams-Brown, Candace@obap.org for approval.
