Join one of three interactive sessions with a group from your region. East, West and Ontario, and participate in a hands-on regional risk management exercise. Collaborate with peers to identify the top three risks in your region, rank them in terms of severity and potential impact, and develop mitigation strategies to address each risk. Starting with the most severe, work together to build a comprehensive risk management plan and discuss how to implement and follow up on these strategies.
