 Veronica advises on compliance with securities and anti-money laundering rules, writes clear policies, and trains staff—often helping organizations manage cultural and regulatory change.

As a business school graduate and entrepreneur, Veronica understands the challenges business owners face and focuses on making legal language simple and practical. She moved her firm to Steveston in 2015, creating a welcoming space with a strong team.
