Program

Wednesday, April 17 will feature workshops running in parallel with staff committee meetings. Program and technical topics include pathways to net zero (large customer collaborations), financing decarbonization, procurement challenges, rate design innovations, and an interactive game to build and interconnect resources in a simulation of Integrated Resource Planning.
- Thursday, April 18 will consist of plenary sessions interspersed with keynote speakers and awards, and conclude with a networking reception.

Hotel Accommodations
The 2024 CalCCA Conference will be held at the Signia by Hilton, located in downtown San Jose, 170 South Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.

The Signia by Hilton San Jose has a limited number of on-site hotel rooms available at a reduced group rate for the conference. The group rate starts at $319 per room (plus taxes and fees).

You will receive the link to book hotel rooms after registering for the conference. Rooms available through the group discount are extremely limited.

On-Site Parking
Reef Valet Parking is available at Signia by Hilton San Jose Hotel. Currently, our overnight valet parking costs $47.00 (tax inclusive) per night. Hourly parking rates are $20.00 for the first hour, $2.00 for each additional hour, not to exceed $47.00. The garage height is 6’8”. There are two EV charging stations available, first come first serve on request.
Instructions: Conference Guests drive into the Porte cochere, and an attendant will greet upon arrival and park vehicle underground. For guests to retrieve vehicle, please go directly to Valet Parking level (elevator level- choose option P). Guests not staying overnight, payment can be handled directly at Valet Desk.

Refunds
CalCCA Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual CalCCA conference. All sales are non-refundable after 3/11/2024. Conference registration canceled on or before March 11, 2024, is refundable but may be subject to a $75 administrative fee. Registration can be transferred to another person if requested in writing by e-mail to sonia@cal-cca.org by the original registrant before April 12, 2024.
Covid-19
All attendees are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We encourage you to take a COVID test within 24 hours prior to arriving at the conference.
