  1. Will supervisors be paid overtime if they travel on their RDO (Regular Day Off)?
    1. Please coordinate with your local leadership to be paid straight time or move the day off based on what their operation will allow.

 

  1. Will supervisors be paid overtime if they attend the conference on their RDO?
    1. Same as above in question 1.

 

  1. Are Business Office and Finance L7’s eligible to attend?
    1. The leadership Conference is for all AO Leaders L1-L6.

  

  1. How can I register for the conference?
    1. You will be assigned a conference day by your local leadership team and sent confirmation by January 8th.

 

  1. Who is my station’s coordinator for event enrollment?

  1. Are L1-L5 AO leaders required to attend the conference?  
    1. Yes, all AO leaders are required to attend, so that they are aligned to the same messages as our supervisor teams.  

 

  1. Can I fly in a night early or leave a night later and receive an additional night of accommodation?
    1. If your station does not have a flight that will arrive same day before 1100CST you will be provided an additional night of accommodation for the night before the conference. If there is not a departing flight available to your station after 1600CST from ORD, you will be provided an additional night of accommodation for that night.  

 

  1. What are the exact times?
    1. We ask that participants are onsite by 1200, for the conference starts at 1300CT on Day 1, lunch will be served from 1200 – 1300CT. Day 1 ends at 1730CT, with an offsite reception to follow. On Day 2, breakfast will begin at 0700CT, with session starting at 0800CT, and the conference ends at 1430CT..

 

  1. What time should we fly out on Day 2? 
    1. Flights should be scheduled for 1600CT or later on Day 2. 

 

  1. What is the dress code?
    1. Business casual

 

  1. Is Parking available at the conference location?
    1. Yes, parking will be validated at the conference.

 

  1. Will my hotel and food be provided?
    1. Yes, your hotel room/tax and meals for all participants will be provided at the conference. Please use the hotel link provided to book your reservation. The hotel will require a card on file at the time of booking, but it will not be charged. .

 

  1. Will shuttles be provided to and from the airport?
    1. Yes. Marked shuttles will be available from 1000 – 1200CST on Day 1 from the ORD Bus/Shuttle Center and starting at 1430CST on Day 2 from the hotel. We will also provide shuttles to and from the reception on Day 1.
