    Megan Curtis is the VP of Credit Risk at MSU Federal Credit Union, located in East Lansing, Michigan where she has spent most of her career in collections and credit risk. As the Credit Union continues to execute its growth strategy, and consumer and member behavior evolve, Megan is focused on fostering an environment of collaboration and efficiency for the Credit Risk teams. She has grown successful collections and recovery teams that are agile and solution oriented. Together, they have developed an adaptive collection strategy that supports increasing delinquency, leverages their collections platform and tools, and adjusts to everchanging member behavior. Megan also spent some of her career on the Credit Union's Compliance team and has a zeal for ensuring the Credit Union is operating in a compliant manner and serving members equitably. Aside from her work at MSU Federal Credit Union, she serves the community through her role as the Board Chair for Small Talk Children’s Advocacy Center, which provides children with crucial counseling and court advocacy services to foster healing and a system of support.

Rachel's passion lies in creating collection cultures that prioritize win-win solutions for members facing financial hardships. Despite her focus on collections, she's also proud of her WCMS achievement, which broadened her perspective beyond her specialty area. Outside of work, Rachel indulges her passion for football, participating in four fantasy football leagues while raising her two pre-teen daughters.

Pam is a retired credit union Chief Executive Officer, and a former President/CEO for multiple CUSOs within the industry. Pam began her career in the legal industry and was a principal in Big 4 consulting firms serving banking, technology, credit unions, brokers, and insurance.
    As recognized risk expert, Pam is a frequent speaker and author on enterprise and credit risks, predictive analytics and credit union governance having been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, Credit Union Times/Journal, NASCUS, NAFCU and more.
    Pam leverages this experience for AKUVO. She is passionate about community and has served on many economic community development boards, rural hospital boards, the NCUSIF committee, and has been a nominee for the Federal Reserve Board of San Francisco and the Deputy Commissioner of Credit Unions for California.

He also serves as the Chief Risk Officer for MSUFCU’s wholly owned CUSO, Reseda Group LLC.
    As a Certified Public Accountant, Jim has served as a member of the CFPB’s Credit Union Advisory Council, and many boards and committees within the credit union, life and health insurance guaranty associations, chamber of commerce, credit union league and charitable organizations.

    Rachelle’s approach to member service leverages building partnerships with business owners, realtors, builders, marine and RV executives, and other Centers of Influence within the communities her credit union serves. This has given her insight into delivering solutions aligned with the financial wellness, homeownership and lending needs of members which is key to her contributions on the AKUVO Advisory Board.
    Community is her passion as she volunteers for key community organizations such as the Board for Metro Community Development in Flint Michigan.
