Most industry leaders will agree that talented, engaged, and committed employees are an organization's greatest asset. While we all agree this to be true, actually creating and sustaining a workplace culture that engages employees to enjoy a long, fulfilling career with one employer can be one of the most challenging components of leadership in a ever-changing environment. During this session, we will look at some of the most common challenges that leaders experience in the electronic security industry and provide difference-making strategies that leaders can leverage to win the talent race including:
* Recruiting tips to source and select the best & brightest talent
* Creating & reinforcing a culture that drives engagement and connection to business
* Career growth - preparing employees to make the leap from individual contributor to leadership
* Retaining talent in a challenging environment (24/7, on call, etc)
* Enhancing leadership & team ability to execute
