Visit our guestroom portal to book your accommodations. By booking through the portal, you will automatically receive the conference rate ($293/night + taxes) and your room will be booked in the Convention room block. You can also book via telephone by calling the Hyatt Reservations team at 1-800-233-1234. When making your reservation via telephone, please identify yourself as part of the "2027 Canadian Crops Convention" group to ensure you receive the convention rate. 

Flights

Air Canada and WestJet discount codes for qualifying fares will be provided to registered delegates in their confirmation email.

Parking

The daily rate for self-parking is $46.05 (inclusive of tax.) The parking is underground, with a clearance of six feet. If you are bringing a vehicle with a higher clearance, over height parking is available at 1128 W Georgia Street, a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The daily rate for valet parking is $79.00 (inclusive of tax).
