The cut-off date for booking rooms is September 14, 2026. 

All registrants must book their accomodations by using the above link to get the conference rates.  Room rates are L'Intemporelle at $279 (choice of 1 king, or 1 queen) or La Contemporaine at $289 (choice of 2 queen or 1 king) . Cancellation policy: the guest must notify us before 4:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival.  Failure to comply will result in a charge for the first night.

Alternatively, you may call the hotel directly (1-800-463-4453) using confirmation code # 6829616.

Please note:  To book days outside of arriving on October 14, 2026 and departing on October 16, 2026, please call the hotel directly using the above confirmation code.

After September 14, 2026, the above link will no longer work and you will need to contact the hotel directly.  Conference rate may or may not be honoured at that time based on hotel availability.
