By registering for and attending the 2026 Partners in the Outdoors Conference, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Attendance - I understand that space is limited and there is typically a lengthy waiting list. If I'm unable to attend, I'll do my best to notify organizers in advance.
Media Consent - I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or video recordings taken during the conference that include my likeness for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. I understand that my image may be used in social media, reports, or future conference materials.
Email List - Conference registrants are automatically added to the Partners in the Outdoors Newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Participant Commitments - All conference participants must be respectful of individuals’ diversity in demographics, identities, backgrounds, geographic regions, perspectives, experiences, and knowledge. ALL conference participants must register. This includes speakers, presenters, facilitators, staff, volunteers, and attendees. If you are planning to only present at your session and you do not intend to participate in other conference sessions or meals, please email your name and session title to dnr_cpwpartners@state.co.us.
