Fees

DELEGATES
  • Full registration (there are no partial registration options available)
$895 CAD + HST: Includes welcome reception on March 10; breakfast, nutritional breaks, lunch, all general sessions and gala on March 11; breakfast, nutritional breaks and all general sessions on March 12.
  • Full registration for government employees and academics (there are no partial registration options available)
$450 CAD + HST: Includes welcome reception on March 10; breakfast, nutritional breaks, lunch, all general sessions and gala on March 11; breakfast, nutritional breaks and all general sessions on March 12.
SPONSORED STUDENTS
  • Full registration (sponsored attendance) 
$0: Includes attendance at full convention program as well as accommodation and travel expenses. Application process required, see below.
PARTNERS ACCOMPANYING A REGISTERED DELEGATE
  • Welcome reception
$0: Includes drinks and appetizers at the reception on March 10.
  • Gala
$200 CAD + HST: Includes food, drinks and entertainment at the gala on March 11.

To apply to be a sponsored student, email your CV to office@canadagrainscouncil.ca with a brief explanation of why you would like to attend. Submission deadline is January 30, 2026. 

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, subject to an administration fee of $100 per person, until February 26, 2026. Following that date, no refunds will be given. Substitutions of attendees for full program or partner events is permissible at any time without charge. To cancel or change your registration, please email John Gaudes.

What to wear

In early March, the average daytime temperature in Toronto is around 2°C. 

Pack business casual clothes for the Tuesday evening Welcome Reception and both days of general sessions. The Thursday evening gala dress code is business casual to semi-formal.
