The cut-off date for booking rooms is September 24, 2025.

All registrants must book their accomodations by using the above link to get the conference rate of $269 per night. Rooms available at this rate are 1 king, 1 queen or 2 double beds. First night's deposit is required to book room - refundable up to 24 hours before arrival.
