Please note that a registration form for each attendee must be complete with a unique email address to ensure all important event communications can be distributed accordingly. To register more than one individual at a time from your practice, select the ‘Add Another Participant’ button at the end of the registration form.

Registration is limited to 5 staff members per attending PECAA Max Doctor/Practice Owner and 1 staff member for non-members who received an exclusive invite. 

Please Note: If you work for a practice that has a PECAA Max membership and you were invited to attend the Annual Meeting by an OD/Owner, please select PECAA Max Member as your membership type and Practice Staff as your job title.
