NOMINATION & ADJUDICATION PROCESS

  1. Nomination deadline is July 25, 2025 at 11:59 pm
  2. Self-nominate or nominate another company
    1. Self-nominate:
      1. Select the award
      2. Confirm eligibility requirements (differs for each award)
      3. Provide contact information
      4. Complete questionnaire – includes:
        1. Basic company information
        2. Award specific criteria
        3. Financials in good standing evidence (Audited Financial Statements, Audit Reviews, Notice to Readers or Letter from bank/accountant)
    2. Nominate another company:
      1. Select the award
      2. Provide your contact information
      3. Provide contact information for the company being nominated
  3. Adjudicators: The Jury will be made up of two members of the OCC board of directors and one member of the OCC senior leadership team
  4. Adjudication period: July 26-30
  5. Award winners contacted
    1. A list of award recipients will be posted on our website by July 31
    2. We thank everyone for their nominations, however, only award recipients will be contacted directly
