Humane Canada is an accredited CPD Provider for the Law Society of British Columbia, who has approved this conference program for up to 8 hours of substantive, skills and/or procedural content. Based on this, it would likely be applicable for the same time in other jurisdictions. Please consider including this conference in your CPD plan.

Note: Please be advised that participants intending to fulfill the professional development requirements set by the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec should select training activities that are related to the exercise of their profession and that best suit their needs.

Provider confirmation is no longer required, as it is the participant’s responsibility to self-declare training hours, but Humane Canada can issue certificates of completion upon request. The Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec reserve the right to remove a training activity from a participant’s file if it does not meet the requirements of their respective regulations.
