The participant agrees to follow the rules and instructions of the organizer as well as any safety regulations during the event. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these provisions from the event, without entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
The event will take place on the announced dates and at the designated location.
Participation is only possible with a valid ticket.
- Cancellation or Change of Event
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to force majeure, official orders, or unforeseeable events. In this case, the participant will be informed of the change promptly.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price will be made. Further claims - especially for reimbursement of travel or accommodation costs - are excluded.
- Data Protection
The organizer collects and processes personal data of the participant to manage the event in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This data will only be used for the organization and execution of the event. Further information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the organizer’s privacy policy (https://www.frauscher.com/en/privacy-policy).

- Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings
The participant expressly agrees that photo, video, and/or audio recordings may be made during the event, on which they might appear or be heard. These recordings may be used by the organizer for marketing and advertising purposes. If the participant does not wish to appear in any recordings, they must inform the organizer in writing before the event begins.
- Final Provisions
Austrian law exclusively applies to all legal relationships between the organizer and the participant. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the event is Vienna, Austria, provided the participant is a business.
For consumers, the statutory provisions regarding the place of jurisdiction apply.
If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid.
