Registration cancellation policy

Registration cancellation for any reason must be received in writing to events@central1.com by October 26, 2023 to generate a refund. A $100 administrative charge will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations after October 26, 2023.

Registration substitutions policy

Substitutions are permitted within the same registration category and without penalty until November 6, 2023. An administrative fee of $100 will be charged for subsititutions after November 6, 2023. Please send your substitution request to events@central1.com and include the substitute's name, job title, telephone and email address.

Photography and video

Central 1 will take photos of attendees throughout the event and video select portions of the conference agenda. The photos and video footage are for Central 1 use only and may appear on our website, event materials and our social channels. This also includes photos uploaded using the event mobile app. By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the usage of your likeness in such media.
