Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing. If the registrant cancels more than 60 days prior to the start of the Forum, a cancellation charge of 10% of the collected fees shall be assessed; if registrant cancels 21-60 days prior to the start of the event, a cancellation charge of 50% of collected fees shall be assessed; if registrant cancels less than 21 days prior to the start of the event, a cancellation charge of 100% of collected fees shall be assessed.
