Cancellation Policy

I agree to the cancellation policy.

Cancellations made prior to February 5, 2024 will be refunded the full registration fee less a $60 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after February 5, 2024 are not eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be processed after the Forum.

Infinity Conference Group (INFINITY), on behalf of USDA, will promptly notify all advance registrants in the unlikely event the forum is canceled. In the event of a cancellation, INFINITY and USDA are not liable for any costs incurred by the participant, other than the refund of the registration fee(s) paid.

I understand any fees collected will be placed in an escrow account for Forum use on behalf of the sponsor.
