The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) may document portions of the conference through photography, video, and/or audio recording for educational, archival, and promotional purposes.
Participation in photography or recording is optional. During the registration process, delegates will be given the opportunity to opt in or opt out of being photographed or recorded.
Delegates who choose to opt out will be visually identified onsite (for example, through a designated lanyard or badge marker) so that event photographers and videographers can respectfully avoid capturing their image or voice.
For delegates who opt in, CCPA may use photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings that include their image or voice in current and future materials related to the conference, including but not limited to websites, social media, reports, marketing materials, and educational resources. This use may occur in any format, worldwide, and without time limitation.
Choosing not to participate in photography or recording will not affect a delegate’s ability to attend or fully participate in the conference.
If a delegate has questions or wishes to change their preference at any time, they may contact the conference team onsite or in advance of the event.
