Note to attendees: The California ISO Stakeholder Symposium will follow the guidelines of the CDC regarding any current health risks that may affect Symposium attendees. For the health and safety of all, the ISO kindly request that anyone who has experienced COVID-19 or cold and flu symptoms within 5 days prior to the Symposium attend the event virtually. When can I check in and get my badge for the Symposium?
Attendees may check in during the welcome reception between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on October 29th at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel, or at the Symposium at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center on October 30th. Symposium check in on October 30th opens at 7:30 a.m., and is located on the second floor nearest the West Entrance (13th St, Sacramento, CA 95814) in the Ballroom A Lobby Area. Badges will be printed and provided to attendees upon check in at either the welcome reception or Symposium.
What are my payment options?
Payment can be submitted via credit card or check. During your registration, you can select your payment option. If you select to pay by check, please make checks payable to “California ISO” and mail to California ISO, 250 Outcropping Way, Folsom, CA 95630, Attn: Kevin Jackson/Finance, and reference the name of the registrant. Please submit checks in a timely matter to allow for processing time. If you have any payment questions, please contact symposiumreg@caiso.com. Invoices can be accessed through your account by accessing Registration > Confirmation > Receipt/Invoice.

Is a government rate offered?
Yes, we offer a discounted government rate of $550 for government agencies that are not market participants. You must be an employee of a government agency and cannot be a market participant in the ISO markets to qualify.
